My parents just celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary -- a joyous occasion, indeed. When preparing for the big day, I was in search of 50th Anniversary Party Supplies. You know, matching plates, napkins, invitations, centerpieces, and such?

Am I the only person in the world who finds the Catwoman Barbie concept odd and perhaps a bit disturbing?

I've always thought of Barbie as rather cheerleader-mini-skirts, fah-bulous gowns, and romantic storybook princess glam. You know, where her most unbelievable costume was something akin to Brain Surgeon Barbie... not so much with the slashed black leathers and whip.
