Hovercraft Toy
Flight without wings -- very cool... and why, even educational. This
Hovercraft Toy kit is a snap-together kit (no glue needed) put out by Seibun.
From what I've read (I don't own one) this is not a toy to buy if you're expecting it to act like all other remote control trucks and cars -- there are some requirements for it to work, particularly a smooth surface for it to hover over (pools, tubs, and cookie sheets are recommended). If you're looking for a robotic toy with high entertainment value, I'd recommend pre-ordering Robosapien.
However, if you're looking for something that's cool AND a fabulous way to teach Sir Isaac Newton's Laws of Motion, this Hovercraft toy (created by Seibun) is ideal (see links below for activities and lessons).
