Ponchos
Love them or hate them,
ponchos are back.
Popular in the early seventies, fashion ponchos started a comeback last Fall... it was a small comeback, but this summer they were a bit more of a hit with loosely knit and crochet ponchos making the perfect summer accessory -- one that didn't so much cover-up as entice.
And it looks like some of the major fashion retailers are gearing up for an even bigger comeback this fall. Fashion ponchos are still available in the crocheted and knitted loose weaves, but new designs favor luscious fabrics such as the cashmere ponchos and silk ponchos.
