Seatbelt Purses

The original seatbelt purse (yes, made from REAL seat belts) has been around for awhile, but these bags are still hot, still stylish, and still tons of fun.

Brainchild of a couple who had a bunch of seatbelt material left over when they were restoring their 1950 Buick (seriously), these handbags, purses, totes, baguettes, and messenger bags are made of 100% real seat belt material. They're also lined with genuine flight satin -- the same satin the Airforce uses for flight jackets.

Which means they're sturdy enough to carry 2,000 pounds of your favorite lipsticks, blush, and fashion accessories. Fashionable and functional, um-hmmm...
