Sweepstake Rules
  1. One entry per person.
  2. Eligible entrants are 18 years of age or older.
  3. Eligible entrants reside in the U.S., U.K., or Canda (excluding Quebec).
  4. Eligible entries are submitted via the provided web form.
  5. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address.
  6. All entrants email addresses will be provided to Mondera.
  7. The winner is required to provide a mailing address for prize delivery.
  8. The winner will be announced on September 14, 2003.
  9. Non-U.S. residents: Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges above initial shipping costs.
  10. Prize: Winner's choice from a selection of Mondera watches.
  11. Winner gives permission to ShoppingBrains.com to announce the winner's name on the ShoppingBrains web site.
  12. Entries received after midnight ET September 12, 2003 are not eligible to win.
  13. Winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
  14. Winner will respond to winning notification email within 24 hours of email timestamp or forfeit prize.
  15. Employees of Mondera and ShoppingBrains.com are not eligible to win.
  16. Odds of winning are dependent on number of entries.
  17. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.
  18. Submissions from automated "sweepstakes entry" software/web applications are automatically disqualified.
